About
The Davidoff Art Initiative is an artist residency program supporting contemporary visual artists primarily from the Caribbean and Dominican Republic, with an international component hosted at Altos de Chavón School of Design in La Romana. The program offers residency positions for approximately five Caribbean/Dominican artists to participate in international partner programs worldwide, and approximately five international artists to spend time in the Dominican Republic. The initiative also provides grants to cultural organizations in the Caribbean region.
