The premise includes a 70 years old concrete block building, two 100 years old wooden houses, a steel-frame warehouse with a ceiling height of 5 meters and a wooden warehouse with a ceiling height of 5 meters. The lumber warehouse with a ceiling height over 5 meters would be open to artists as a studio. The premise is accessible from two streets, therefore suitable as an open public space.
