It provides a creative hub with facilities including studios, rehearsal spaces, puppet-making workshops, and performance venues, fostering international exchanges and innovation in puppet arts. The residency program, launched in , supports artists with accommodation, shared spaces, materials up to NT$20,000, and opportunities for public presentations.
