It provides ready-to-move-in accommodations with kitchen, toilet, and shower, plus a 20 square meter studio, at a cost of 220 euros per week, aiming to foster a 'Culture-Integration-Dialogue' between artists from Europe and beyond, with partners in Russia and Armenia.
