casArte El Hierro is an artist residency program in a historic 200-year-old house in Los Llanillos, El Hierro, Spain, serving as a sanctuary for artists and thinkers to explore interdisciplinary and intercultural collaboration while connecting with the island's sustainable lifestyle and nature. Residencies are self-directed, typically lasting 3-12 weeks in spring or autumn, with residents encouraged to present work at the annual Bimbache openART festival.
