The Artist In Residence Västernorrland (AIRY) program, run by Region Västernorrland, annually invites one ceramic artist, one sound artist, and one author (focusing on working-class literature) to three rural locations, including Prästmon at Hola Folkhögskola. Residencies last 4 weeks in September-October, providing accommodation, meals, a 25,000 SEK grant, studio access, and hosting support without requiring artistic output beyond presentations and student interactions.
