Who Cares? is a Creative Europe-funded artist residency program focused on care practices and interdependence, hosted by Centro Huarte in Huarte, Spain, as part of a collaboration with Idensitat (Barcelona), SPACE (London), Rupert (Vilnius), and Grey Area (Korcula).
