Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with fees of 69,000 THB for the residency and 12,500 THB per month for the studio, inclusive of utilities, high-speed WiFi, and shared facilities. The space includes a gallery, coworking areas, workshops, rooftop, lounge, kitchen, and serves artists, designers, musicians, and makers from around the world.
